Samplinary
The creative journey begins with
the creation of the sample.
In this phase, let's explore
materials, colors and finishes, developing the first prototypes that define the identity of the collection. It is the moment when ideas take shape, in
close dialogue between style and
functionality.
Modelleria
From creativity we move on to
technical design. The models are developed both with
traditional techniques, based on experience and manual skills,
both through software
professional in 2D and 3D.
This integrated approach
allows you to optimize shapes,
perfect the fit and
ensure consistency in production.
Taglio
Once the model has been approved, the materials are cut.
This step can be done:
- Manually, with scissors and traditional tools, ideal for particularly delicate materials.
- With die, for clean and repetitive cuts on large volumes.
- With electronic cutting machines, guided by CAD systems, to obtain maximum precision even on complex shapes.
The choice of technique depends on the nature of the fabric, the quantity to be produced and the type of processing required.
stitching
The assembly of the hat takes place with different techniques, chosen according to the
model and materials. Hand stitching is used for finer details or for creating decorative stitches, while flat machine stitching is ideal for straight, durable seams.
Arm stitching is essential for reaching curved or internal areas, and zig zag stitching is used for reinforcements or for elastic effects. Every sewing technique
helps to ensure stability,
aesthetics and durability.
Forming & Ironing
This phase is crucial to give the
hat its final shape.
Using molds, steam and presses,
each piece is shaped and ironed
with precision. The result is a
hat with solid structure,
balanced proportions and finishes
impeccable.
Quality Control & Packaging
Every single hat is subject to
strict quality control: yes
verify seams, symmetries, shapes and details. Only after passing all the checks, the product is carefully packaged, ready to be shipped and worn.
